Australia, Birth of a Nation

Australia Birth of a Nation depicts the journey of convicts 
and settlers of The First Fleet re-enacting the way of life 
and customs in the early years of British colonisation of 
Australia. Featuring specialized Actors in authentic dress 
and using language of the period   recreate life's hardships 
faced by the convicts and settlers. This well researched 
documentary was filmed on location, including the once 
renowned historically accurate Old Sydney Town located 
on the Central Coast Featured extras include stills from 
'behind the scenes' of Old Sydney Town. Birth of a Nation
has aired on the History Channel Australia day 2006.
